We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Unopened bottles? Full refund! Just make sure they’re in resellable condition—no damaged labels, leaks, or bottles that look like they’ve been in a tornado. 🌪️

✅ Opened bottles? We’ll refund one opened bottle per product—because trying something for a month is fair, but returning multiple half-empty bottles of the same product? Not so much. 😅

Example:

You purchased a 3 month supply (3 bottles) of Synergy Control+. After opening 1st bottle you decide, for whatever reason, that you want to return all 3 bottles. NO PROBLEM! We will refund you for empty bottle and the 2 unopened bottles. However, if in this same scenario you opened 2 of the 3 bottles, we would fully refund the first empty bottle and the unopened bottle but the 2nd opened bottle is ineligible for return under this policy.

📩 How to request a return:

Email us at support@merrittson.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return. We’ll send you return instructions, and you’ll need to ship the products back at your expense.

💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only once we receive and inspect the returned items. If any items don’t meet our return criteria, we’ll notify you by email.

Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:

Unless a product is specifically marked as non-returnable on it's product detail page, all purchases are covered by this policy. We cannot, however, process returns on products marked as final sale or clearance items which will be prominently featured if applicable.
